What users agree to

Use the bot only if you accept the rules below. The page is now laid out as a structured legal brief rather than a plain text wall.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Script Kittens Bot ("the Bot") in any Discord server or direct message, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Script Kittens Bot is a Discord bot that provides Free Fire game utilities (player info, ban checks, visit tools, friend request tools, player stats), a key-based access system, premium subscription management, server moderation tools, a leveling system, ticket management, and general server utilities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Bot, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Bot you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Digital Goods

  • Certain features are locked behind a premium subscription purchased through our Discord server (Script Kittens).
  • All purchases are for digital services only. No physical goods are shipped.
  • Premium access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or Lifetime).
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once premium access has been activated and delivered.
  • We reserve the right to terminate premium access without refund if these Terms are violated.
  • Keys generated through the Bot are single-use, non-transferable, and expire as stated.
Usage

Acceptable use and reliability

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Bot's functionality, share or resell keys or premium access, use the Bot to harass or spam, bypass rate limits or access controls, or use the Bot in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

6. Rate Limits

Free users are subject to usage limits per command per time window. Premium users are exempt from these limits. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Availability & Uptime

We strive to keep the Bot online but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Bot may be offline for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control. No refunds will be issued for downtime.

8. Third-Party APIs

Some Bot features rely on third-party APIs. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of data returned by these external services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any user from accessing the Bot at our sole discretion, without notice, particularly for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the Bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Script Kittens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
